In the past, I have always been happy to offer help by email. However, as this site has grown and gotten more popular, the volume of email has gone up dramatically. I'm grateful to have so many loyal readers, but I find it's getting more and more difficult to answer requests for help in a timely manner. I try to respond to every email, but sometimes that can take a while. So, if you need help in a hurry, I offer the following list of resources. Thanks for your patience and understanding. Raid on!

GENERAL HELP/STUCK IN A GAME

• First, though this may sound too obvious, please check my walkthrough for the game where you're stuck. The answer you need may already be there. Links to each walk are at the top of the main menu to the left.
• If you're looking for something specific (e.g., the revolver in Last Revelation) but you're not sure what level it's in, try the site search at the top of any main page.
• For problems with controls and key combinations (jumping, getting in and out of vehicles, using and combining items, etc.), see the Gameplay and TR 1-5 Strategy pages. Gameplay has basic controls; Strategy has general tips for the first five Tomb Raider games, including the godmother of all TR tips, Setting Up For Jumps. Since the last two games differ from the 'classics', I have made combined controls and strategy pages for Angel of Darkness and Legend.

SAVEGAME FILES AND INSTRUCTIONS

PC and Macintosh users can easily exchange savegames over the Internet. If you're stuck and just want to bypass a certain section of the game, download a save file.

• I have pages with save files for each game and detailed instructions for downloading and installing TR 1-6 saves.
• Instructions for Tomb Raider: Legend save files are here.
• Savegame Editors are useful if you want to modify your existing saves to give Lara more health, ammo, missing items, etc. There's also a position editor to move Lara out of harm's way or reach previously inaccessible areas.
