Temple Grounds - First Sun Disk

To get the disc, first place a bomb in front of the huge, stone fist to the right of the gate.

Step back onto the square pressure pad to open the gates. The stone fist prevents the right gate from opening all the way.

Stay on the pad and detonate the bomb. The big fist flies up into the air, the gates open all the way, then the fist falls back down.

Now, when you step off the pad, the gate remains open and you can take the FIRST SUN DISC.
