Spider Tomb - Red Skull 10

Throw two spears into the wall behind the columns, one from the stairs, as shown above. . .

. . . and one at floor level.

You can't see the lower spear in this screenshot, since it's behind the first column, but it's there. Jump onto it, then up to the higher spear and from there to the red skull. If you've found all the others, you'll receive a Stone Owl Artifact (- weapon, + defense).
