Temple Ruins - Shortcut from Start to Treetops
Go around the left side of the big tree near the river.
Position Lara between the tree root and the low stone wall near the tree. Angle her slightly toward the first block in the wall, as shown in the screenshot above. Then take a standing jump forward to grab the edge of this block.
Pull up. Then before Lara can slide down the back side of the block...
...immediately jump forward and grab the big, flat branch above.
Pull up and continue with the TREETOPS portion of the walkthrough.
