After picking up the medipak and flares, climb onto the ledge above (outlined in red above).
From this ledge, climb onto the ledge above on the right. Then turn around.
Take a diagonal standing jump from about the middle of the front edge of the ledge to grab the edge of the opening.
Pull up and slide down to the white rocks where you started.
