Find the movable block in the second square pillar on the right side of the room.
Pull the block out of the column and then pull/push it against the central structure. Climb onto the block and from there to the ledge above.
Follow the ledge around to the opposite side of the central structure, where you'll see an opening in the ceiling. Take a standing jump from the edge of the ledge to grab the ladder recessed into the ceiling. Climb the ladder into the secret room above.
After picking up the goodies and using the switch, climb down the ladder to the very bottom (so Lara is hanging from the bottom rung by her hands) before letting go. If you do this, Lara will take only minimal damage from the fall.
