Once inside the lighting booth, Lara needs to use these two levers to rearrange the second lighting rig. The lever on the left rotates the array of lights. The lever on the right moves one of the lights into a wooden cabinet. Each time you use a lever, you'll see a brief cut scene showing what happens. Notice how one light is flashing (the brownish one, not the blue ones).
First use the left lever twice to move the one flashing light to the bottom-center position (shown above).
Then use the right lever to slide that light into the wooden cabinet (shown in this screenshot).
You can use either lever as many times as you want. So if you make a mistake, just pull the right lever until there's no light in the cabinet. Then pull the left lever until the flashing light is nearest the cabinet. Finally, use the right lever once more.
NOTE: In my version of the game, the switch on the lighting booth wall doesn't seem to do anything. However, several people have written to tell me they could not get one of the levers on the control board to work. So perhaps the switch enables the lever. Please let me know if you try this and it works for you.
