After destroying the 4 Mayan thralls, go forward to the gap in the walkway and jump to grab the handhold on the square pillar above the eitr stream. Climb around the corner to the left.
Pull up to stand on the narrow ledge. Chimney jump between the two columns to grab the handhold higher up on the second column.
Climb around the corner and on to the left as far as you can go. Now lean away from the column. . .
. . . and jump back to land on the metal beam jutting out from the wall. Walk along the beams until Lara is above solid ground. Then drop to the floor.
