Go to the long fence through which you can see the pool beyond. Position Lara in the left corner (where one of the boxes of shotgun shells was) with her left hand against the fence and the yellow sandy hill behind her. Back up until Lara's back touches the sandy rock (as shown above).
Take four walking steps forward. Sidestep to the left again just to make sure Lara is still touching the fence. Then backflip onto the rock behind.
Hold Jump + Left to make Lara hop off the angled top of the yellow rock. . .
. . . and land outside the fence near the pool.
