The Cistern - Second Rusty Key
After sliding down the slope back to the main room of the cistern, turn left and take a standing jump to grab the elevated walkway; pull up. From there, climb to the top of the long, L-shaped ledge and follow it around the southeast corner (toward the doorway where you entered this area).
At the end of the ledge pick up the second RUSTY KEY.
