Streets of Rome - Secret #3 and End of Level
In the previous section, we entered the TEMPLE WITH THE BELL, transformed two raven statues into doves, and opened the final door at the base of the temple. You can now head for that door to finish the level immediately or go after a secret.
To get the secret, turn right and climb into the raised doorway. (This is the door you opened earlier by shooting the bell.)
Jump across the alley to the room with the "Mouth of Truth" niche like you did before: Walk to the edge. Then take a standing jump across the gap, grab the edge on the far side, and pull up. (Or take a running jump with Action.)
Solving the raven/dove puzzle also opened two alcoves in this room containing a small medipack (31) (31/239) and a golden rose (32) (32/239). (This rose is SECRET #3, 3/36 secrets in the game.)
Jump back across the gap to the TEMPLE.
Go through the door at the base of the temple and get the SATURN SYMBOL (33) (33/239). Step back outside to end the level.
